Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If something is wrong with tree work at your home, a good first step is usually to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Sureplay Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may involve reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
